SEPTEMBER 17, 2014 Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire. The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future: American Life/YouToo TV, HRTV, Jewelry TV, Outdoor Channel, Outdoor Channel HD, NHL Network, NHL Network HD, NHL Center Ice HD, NHL Center Ice, RFD, DMX Music Channels. In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. If this occurs, you will need to go into the settings menu on your ClearQAM device and perform a new channel scan in order to resume viewing these channels. Customers using digital cable set-top boxes will not notice any change. On or after October 17, Jewelry TV will be added to channel 83 in Lima, Ottawa/Columbus Grove, Wapakoneta, Delphos, St. Marys, Waynesfield and Rockford. Jewelry TV will remain in digital format only and available in Variety Pass. Allen County, Lima, Delphos, Minster, Ottawa, Columbus Grove, Rockford, St. Mary’s & Surrounding areas, Wapakoneta, Waynesfield, Celina and Versailles customers only: On or after September 25, the following On Demand services will be added: EPIX On Demand on channels 590 and 1590; Encore on Demand on channels 289 & 1289; and Filipino Channel On Demand on channel 850. On or after October 1, NHL Network will be made available in the Digital Variety tier. NHL Network and NHL Network HD will remain on channels 324 and 1324. On or after October 29, Shop HQ HD will be added on channel 1177. Shop HQ HD willl remain in the Starter TV tier, however digital cable ready equipment, such as a digital set-top box or CableCARD equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Product, will be required to view this service. On or after October 30, Here TV premium service will be added to channel 690. On or after November 4, TV Games network will be added to Sports Pass package. TV Games will remain on channel 332. Time Warner Cable may reposition Sports Time Ohio to Variety Pass tier of service. The new services listed below will require two-way capable digital cable ready equipment, such as a Time Warner Cable-provided set-top box or a CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Product (UDCP) used in conjunction with a Tuning Adapter. Other UDCPs may not be able to access these services without additional equipment, such as a set-top box: EPIX On Demand, Encore On Demand, Filipino Channel On Demand, NHL Network, NHL Network HD, Shop HQ HD, Here TV, TV Games, Jewelry TV and Sports Time Ohio. Finally, we are currently involved in discussions regarding the services and/or stations listed below. While we cannot guarantee that we will reach agreement with the relevant programmers and/or broadcasters, we are listing these services/stations here in the event that those discussions lead to the dropping or addition of the following services/stations: American Life/YouToo TV, HRTV, Jewelry TV, Outdoor Channel, Outdoor Channel HD, NHL Network, NHL Network HD, NHL Center Ice HD, NHL Center Ice, RFD, DMX Music Channels, EPIX On Demand, Encore On Demand, Filipino Channel On Demand, Shop HQ HD, Here TV, TV Games and Sports Time Ohio.
